Well, Consider these things:
Matthew 7:23
Amplified Bible (AMP)
23 And then I will say to them openly (publicly), I never knew you; depart from Me, you who act wickedly [disregarding My commands].
Sins of Omission VS Comission-
Jesus said we would be judged for some of these.
Remember when He was talking about "In that Day"?
Didn't we, didn't we, didn't we?
When I was hungry...
When I was naked...
When I was in prison...
When I was sick...
How many times do we have the opportunity to give grace to someone and chose to go the other way?
Remember grace is giving to someone what they *DO NOT* deserve.
How many times do we have the opportunity to show mercy to someone and instead choose wrath or revenge?
Remember mercy is witholding from someone what they *DO* deserve.
Jesus *IS* looking at these things as part of our being good and faithful servants.
Will you be one?
Will you teach your children to be good and faithful servants?
Remember your sins of omission when you are repenting and seeking God's forgiveness...
They were important enough for Jesus to talk about them specifically, Just as the Law Of Moses was spoken of...
Think about it...
